Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with consumer protection regulations. To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging
In the same condition as received
Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Request a Return

Include your order number and details of the issue (e.g., defective item, wrong product, or damage).
We will provide you with clear instructions on where and how to return the item.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

Items not in their original condition
Items with missing parts not due to our error
Resolution for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Since we do not collect or store your card or payment details (in line with GDPR data minimization rules), refunds for COD orders will be processed as follows:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer (you may be asked to provide minimal bank details solely for this transaction).
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Data Protection & Refunds

Any personal information you provide during the refund process (such as your name, order number, or bank details if required) will only be used to process your return and refund. This information will not be stored longer than necessary and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
