Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase is required.

Process

Provide your order number and details of the issue (e.g., defective, wrong item, damaged).

We will provide you with instructions on where and how to return the item.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

Items not in their original condition.

Damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

Resolution for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed as store credit or via a bank transfer (as we do not have your card details from the COD transaction).

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
